Payments & Shipping
We accept a variety of major payment methods, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Our accepted payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
At Windsor & Blake, we believe shopping should be effortless and enjoyable. That’s why we ship all orders to the UK completely free of charge with no hidden fees
Orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 10 PM will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 work days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email, allowing you to easily monitor its status.
After placing your order, you will typically receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your shipment through our tracking portal. . If you do not receive your tracking information within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at support@windsorandblake.co.uk for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please visit our Return and Refund Policy page for detailed instructions.
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you can return it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order for the correct size. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need assistance selecting the right size, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please check with your payment provider first. If you still require assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@windsorandblake.co.uk
Order issues & Modifications
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, cancellations or modifications can only be made within the first 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will need to be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
For any cancellation requests, please contact us at support@windsorandblake.co.uk. If we are unable to cancel your order, our team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
We sincerely apologize for any issues with your order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Simply send us an email with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
